A medium size city in Lower Saxony commissioned the HOK Studio E, URS Entertainment team to undertake the master plan- reconfiguring the city into new districts that reflect the business and leisure activities of the 21st century. Miles- Blydenburgh and team were responsible for the development of the Sports district that today features the VW Stadium- a swim hall, summer water skiing, lake restaurants and cafes. In the future a giant indoor ski center is being considered for development.
