Walkers Cay is the most northerly of the Bahama Islands. Once a fishing paradise the privately owned island and marina was greatly destroyed by a hurricane. The Lighthouse Group (Creative and Advisors) are appointed as Owner Representative to the client with the intention of reconstructing a new fishing resort destination. 

The current work includes master planning, conceptual hotel design, marina design, and luxury home definitions including architecture in the Bahamian vernacular.  This is an ongoing project.
